All Time High

As it turned out, we made a record in sales this April and so far May is following up great ...which is great! BUT I see dark clouds on the horizon. I will post an update on the situation during the weekend!

new development project - An update!

We made it! Sold 80% of the total amount of flats and did so in less than 2 months!

We are awesome!

Time is not om my side....

On the couch watching the hockey game and relaxing after a wonderful run in the sun! Can't stop thinking about work though.... I need to sell 2 more flats before saturday in order to get the 2nd bonus, and how am I going to do that? Think, think....

Cockroaches and transaction failure...

I should have listened to my body and stayed in bed yesterday hence it turned out to quite a disasterous day including finding out that an apartment is infested with cockroaches, missing keys, sellers not having emptied storages, and lots of money on the loose. On top of it closing a deal with buyers from Iceland which is easier said than done. As if it wasn´t difficult to withdrawl money from Iceland before you now have involve the embassy!

Not feeling like it....

Didn´t feel like going to work today at all...Been working around the clock and April is turning out to be an all-time-high month with the number of sales as of toady already exceeding any month the past year. Still, working long days and adding renovating my new flat is wearing me down...Anyways here I am and in typical me style not feeling like going to work I got up and got here an hour earlier than normal.

Vacation? - In my dreams..

..Been working like crazy! Dubai? Forget about it!

Although still freezing and spring seems nowhere to be found, the sun came out and the swedes woke up with an extreme hunger for buying housing. Only this week we have closed 3 deals...so far...got 2 more signings planned for the weekend. And to what prices! Extreme bidding wars and we are making 3 all time high in 3 different areas of the town.

Regarding the new development project we´ve sold 19 now...need to sell 5 more before 20th of April to get my second bonus...Better get to work. Got a meeting booked for Sunday morning, that better pay off!

OK, 7:50 p.m.....Better finish off here and get going. Time for a Friday after work :)

Panic at the disco

Starting to become a bit worried regarding the new development project. Sold 15 apartments out of the first 30 apartments we have for sale but now I am stuck. How am I supposed to go on holiday if I have not booked all? I have until 20th ocf April to sell 25 in order to secure the project and I have already secured the first bonus but....I could not allow myself to go to Dubai knowing I have not succeeded....

Friday already?

Ooops.....had completely forgot it is Friday already....changes my schedule somewhat :(

Lovely morning!

Woke up by myself at 5.30 a.m. from the sunlight in my window....I adore Swedish spring!

Trying to keep up!

Time just flies and I have been extremly busy lately selling the new development project and trying to cope with ordinary job tasks and sales. Working and dating alone gives me literally no "me-time"...and my apartment that needs to be renovated is currently on hold.....But there is light in the end of the tunnel: we are planning on a holiday!

We have decided that we are going to Dubai, me and my sister.

We have not decided where to stay yet but it is leaning towards Jebel Ali Beach since it seems like a family friendly zone where we can easily blend in and just relax. SUN, BEACH & SLEEP is what we need!

Can´t wait for my sis to get to the office so we can book our trip!

Dubai?

My sister and I are planning on a spring break and it seems we have decided on Dubai. I have actually  never been there so it seems to be about time to visit....since we only have a couple of days we are choosing between Egypt, Sicily, Kap Verde or Dubai.....hmmm

Spring is coming!

One can definately feel the spring in the air today! Can´t wait to feel the sun on my face again, and better, put away the winter shoes and jacket....

Decided to go on holiday with my little sister on the 25th of March :)
Since she is a school teacher she has one week off from work during easter so we will book ourselves a suntrip! Still, we can only be away for one week and it is not that hot in Europe in the beginning of April so our choices are limited.....

11 down, 18 to go!

Been working hard all weekend and sold 11 apartments already. Kind of impressed by myself actually! I so deserve a holiday and will book myself a trip as soon as this is a done deal.

Update on the new project!

OK! Started selling the apartments today and already booked 6 today :) YAY! ...Still, nothing is clear until the contracts are signed and we have the first 2 meeting scheduled tomorrow.

It´s been a great day with lots of action and now I deserve to go home and treat myself to a lovely glass of red wine.

Hard work but no money!

Another 14-hour work day completed.....2 sellers agree to lower the asking price on their houses, says it all really.....Apartments are still selling like hot cakes and luckily we have the new development project (all apartments) to rely on.

Lazy Sunday

Had to swing by the office yesterday to get some things regarding the new development project sorted. We are getting so much good publicity which is just great! For the rest of the Saturday I was more or less situated in front of the telly and watching "Melodifestivalen" (the annual competition to determine the representative for the Eurovision song contest) Surprisingly favourite Janet Leon did not make it to either the final nor the "second chance"....Guessing the responce from her label and managers will be " We told you to lose those extra pounds..."

well well, although I today should have joined Janet and gone to the gym I stayed home and had a long and cozy nap on my sofa.....such a lazy Sunday!
